Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Aigency provides AI-powered marketing automation: ad creatives, landing pages, voice agents, chat agents, workflows, and related tools. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Aigency to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or local laws.
- Generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
- Run political campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Create deepfakes of real people without their explicit consent.
- Process protected health information (PHI) unless you have signed a separate Business Associate Agreement with us.
- Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access another organization's data.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Credits do not roll over. Overages are billed via Stripe Metered Billing on the same invoice. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, generate, or import. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. We never train AI models on your workspace content.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time via Settings → Team → Delete organization.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
